RCT Logistics exists because we’ve seen firsthand what happens when a broker doesn’t follow through. We built something different on purpose.

We built RCT because shippers deserved better.

The freight brokerage industry has a reputation problem. Brokers who overpromise and go quiet when a load gets hard. Carriers who don’t show. Updates that never come unless you chase them. Shippers who’ve been burned enough times that they expect to be let down. RCT was started to be the answer to all of that. Not the biggest brokerage. Not the least expensive. The most dependable one.

The people behind every load.

RCT was founded by Taylor and Lora Cronin. Taylor came to freight through a background in military operations and hands-on logistics work, where accountability is not optional and following through is the baseline. Lora brings over 30 years of experience in the industry, with deep carrier relationships and a firsthand understanding of what shippers actually need from a broker.

 

Together, they had seen enough of what bad brokerage looks like to build something different on purpose.

 

Forty years of combined logistics experience sit behind every load we move. RCT is intentionally small, not because growth is off the table, but because the hands-on attention every shipper gets from day one is the whole point.

What it looks like when a broker actually cares.

It means you get a call when something changes, not an email three hours later. It means the carrier we send was verified before we confirmed, not after. It means the paperwork is handled at delivery so you don’t have to chase it. And it means if something goes wrong, we’re already on it before you know there’s a problem. That’s not a service level. That’s just how we think freight should be handled.
